You understand what this means, right? Your wife doesn't want your beta-sperm getting her pregnant and instead she wishes to be impregnated by another man... presumably an Alpha male. So here you are Patient 2214 - waiting for me to process you and hand you over to one of our experienced, and oh-so beautiful, infertility nurses to handle to procedure. I'll come on to that shortly - in the meantime I just want to say how totally appropriate it is for you to be here - I can absolutely see why your wife would wish this to be done to you.
So - we have a number of different procedures available here at the clinic to help promote infertility in beta males like yourself. The least intrusive is the permanent chastity device. A simple steel cage with a piercing - or piercings to make the device completely inescapable. I'm sure you're very familiar with male chastity - the clinic obviously offers a total key destruction service to ensure there is no way of removing the cage once it is locked in place. The next option we have is the medical procedure that involves limpotzing pills to render the penis irreversibly impotent. The beauty of this option is that once the required dose has been taken the penis will never be able to achieve an erection again ensuring that no intercourse can take place - and as an added bonus nor can any solosexual activity. haha!
The final option is the physical procedure - our most popular method of achieving infertility... and unfortunately for the patient... it's also the most painful. This involves being strapped to the infertility frame by our 2 or in some cases 3 of our infertility nurses to have their balls tag-team kicked until they are nothing more than bags of mush... I'm so sorry to be so graphic but it's important you understand the procedures. Interestingly it states in your notes that your wife has booked the medical AND the physical procedures... So once the nurses have administered you with a dose of limpotizing pills they will escort you to the boot-room for the physical procedure to take place. If you're a good boy and don't make too much fuss the nurses will let you choose which boots they'll wear to kick your balls infertile with. Aren't they such sweet girls?.
